Mr. Faesenmeier leads the planning, development, and implementation of the division's software solutions. He has over 23 years experience in engineering, consulting, design and information technology focused on architecture, building construction, facility maintenance, and financial systems.
Mr. Faesenmeier's experience includes project management of complex, multi-site software development projects and the many phases of the software engineering lifecycle including user requirements definition, software requirements definition, conceptual and logical systems design, architectural design, testing, quality control, and project management. He has direct experience in overall product development management, end-user training, product packaging, and development of user-guide documentation.
DeAllen Norris
Principal Project Manager
Mr. Norris is responsible for executing and implementation of project management plans for the division. He was also instrumental in the development of the current facility asset management software. His involvement with engineering software applications includes all phases from conceptual design through application.
Mr. Norris has 18 years of experience in project management and facilities engineering with the company. He has managed multiple nationwide projects and performed facility condition assessment for numerous types of facilities in the public and private sectors.
David Smyth
Implementation, Support & Maintenance Engineer
Mr. Smyth manages the implementation, support, and maintenance of all software applications developed by the company. He has over 14 years of experience with database development, software development, and training. In addition, Mr. Smyth also has experience with facility infrastructure projects, process and controls equipment, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, and implementation of information technology solutions.
Russ Watson
Sales Director
Mr. Watson is responsible for guiding the business development strategy and implementation for FLG services. Mr. Watson's extensive experience includes designing operational environments to manage facility inventories as a business. He has been involved in the design of facilities programs to address all building components. Mr. Watson has been a featured speaker at the National Facilities Management and Technology Conference and Tradeline’s Industry Conference. Additionally, he has published articles in The Military Engineer, Commercial Building, and Professional Roofing.
Suzanne McCollum
Marketing Director
Ms. McCollum is responsible for planning and execution of the strategic and tactical marketing plans for the MACTEC FLG Division. She has eleven years of facilities marketing experience focusing on the private sector. Ms. McCollum experience includes, strategic planning, and all aspects of internal and external marketing communications.
Ms. McCollum graduated from the University of Georgia and is currently a member of the American Marketing Association, Society for Marketing Professionals, and Public Relations Society of America, and is a past Board Member for Cobb MicroEnterprise Center.
