Company History

MACTEC Facility Lifecycle Group, a division of MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc. was created to help its clients reduce the cost of building ownership. Since our inception, MACTEC FLG has evolved to become a premier provider of facility asset management services. We have shown clients how to maximize the balance between capital budgets and repair, replacement, and maintenance dollars while improving the reliability and service life of facility components.

To address the myriad of our clients facility asset management needs MACTEC FLG developed Vertex®, a decision support software application based on engineering principles.
